Shipping Times

Each package shipped is accompanied by a detailed Transport Document as required by the D.P.R. 21 December 1996 n. 696 and a tax receipt.
Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. The payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen when placing the order. Nothing more is owed by the Customer than the total order shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
No responsibility can be attributed to City Dog in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check: that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
In the event of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, the order will be automatically canceled.
Delivery times may be delayed on the occasion of special promotional events, in the case of holidays or health emergencies;
